Return Policy

Any complaints for printed / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date. Complaints deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you.

Reasons for returning

Wrong address - & nbsp; If you or your end customer provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping after confirming an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - & nbsp; Unclaimed shipments are returned to the sender and the customer will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.

Customer Return - & nbsp; It is advisable to advise end customers to contact Bellfish before returning any product . We do not refund orders and size exchanges must be paid by the customer.
